Le Cordon Bleu will be offering Junior Camp, Senior Camp, and Culinary Educator Cooking Classes this summer.
Junior Camp will be held July 23-27 and July 30-August 3 from 8 am – 11 am. These sessions are for kids 7-12 years old with parents. The cost is $285 and includes:

- Certificate of Completion
Senior Camp will be held July 23-27 and July 30-August 3 from 12 pm – 3 pm. These sessions are for teenagers 13-18 years old. Cost for Senior Camp is $285, and includes:

- Recipe Manual
- Ingredients & Equipment
- Certificate of Completion
Culinary Educator Cooking Classes are 3-hour classes designed for culinary educators. Choose from the following dates and specialties:
- Great Techniques for Flavorful Soups; Saturday, July 21
- Demystifying Brines, Cures, and Smoking Meats; Saturday, August 25
All classes are held from 10 am – 1 pm. The cost is $285 and includes:
