The Playhouse District Association Board of Directors is an 11 member elected board represented by property owners and business owners. The Board ensures effective planning and resources, manages resources effectively, monitors and strengthens programs, enhances the organization's reputation, ensures legal and ethical accountability, and recruits new board members and assesses board performance.
