Playhouse District Association Announces Its 2007 Board of Directors
Pasadena, CA – The Playhouse District Association is pleased to announce their newly elected Officers and Board Members. Daniel J. Lien, Vice President of Community Bank will serve as President for 2007. “I proudly accept the position of President and look forward to continued success and improvements to our vital hub of Culture & Commerce within the City of Pasadena.” said President Dan Lien who has been active in the Playhouse District Association since its formation in 1995.
Lyla White is the newly elected Vice President representing the Pasadena Playhouse. Paul D. Jacoy, DC has been re-elected Secretary, and accountant John Hornick has been re-elected Treasurer.
Serving as Directors on the Board are: Don Cotten, owner of Angeles School Supply, Ken McCormick, owner of Mill Creek Properties, Marcia Jacobs Nunnery, owner of Aarnun Gallery, Abel R. Ramirez owner of El Portal, The Coffee Tree and Yahaira’s Cafe, Joel Sheldon, President and CEO of Vroman’s Bookstores, Dr. Mark Smutny, co-pastor of Pasadena Presbyterian Church, and Carla Walecka district property owner and Urban Planner.
The Playhouse District Association (PDA) is a California non-profit formed in 1995, which serves to enhance and promote The Playhouse District as the historic, cultural, and thriving commercial heart of Pasadena.
